A project of neighborhood beautification, where imagination is not just a thought, but a life style!
Some new stuff i worked on today........just practicing its been awhile since my last paint day so i thought what the heck go out and try again.....LOL
I'm Pest 3 a Graffiti muralist. I started doing Graffiti in 1983 and it brought me through alot of exciting experiences. From puting up tags around our island here in Hawaii to doing tattoos around our nation. I just recently got back into aerosol and its exploding in my world. Hookedup with great artist of 808 Urban along with others from around the world to make a very good network of friends.
YES! We are going to be producing a line of makers......some of us old school guys loved certain pens that we had back in the day like "Uniwides" and "Sakuda fatties" . Well why should you be subjected to just the regular markers that we have here in Hawaii. My markers are going to be some of the best here, Certain writers out there already use them and get some very bomb results from them, My line will be small and very discrete in size from the 1/2 inch marker to the mega 2 inch monster mops and markers.........keep an ear open cause when the first batch is done and out it won't be long before it sells out! Check back for future info on whats going to change the scene and become the next block buster!!!!!!!

For most people the word "Graffiti" conjures an image of vandalism on a wall, building, or just about any open space where a few letters can be written whether by pen or paint........
Unfortunately that is a negative side to it the vandalism is what you mostly see on walls throughout your communities. Your walls are getting “tagged up and vandalized”. With that you are probably spending a lot of money time after time repainting these walls. With a 98% chance of it getting tagged up again, by repainting it gives them another blank canvas to redo, by letting it go it tells them that they can keep coming back to paint. When does it stop? How?
I am a mural artist that came from the same discipline as a lot of these kids who call them selves “Graffiti artist”. Now I work with a lot of them in trying to get them to realize what they are doing to our home. You may have heard of us or seen our work on the news or the news papers. 808 Urban is an organization of people who are trying to help the problem by painting meaningful and story telling murals of our history and culture. Not limited to this by any means we are able to do just about anything to customize your walls or business to your imagination.
